We are a NC limited liability company, based in the Charlotte Metro area, but servicing homeowner's in all of North Carolina.. We help people who are behind on payments, or handling an inherited property, look at every option.
Who we are
OfferPalm LLC is a private company. We are registered in North Carolina.
Most of our work starts in public county records. We pull the records from the Clerk of Superior Court and the deed from the Register of Deeds ourselves, at our cost, and tell you what is actually recorded before we talk about an offer.

How we work
We are the buyer. Our interest is in buying your house, and we will be straight about what that means.
We do not get paid on the three paths that keep you in the house. We tell you about them anyway, because they are your options and not ours. Free help is available from a HUD-approved housing counselor at 800-569-4287, and from your servicer's loss mitigation department.
