Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, to represent you as your attorney, or to act as your real estate agent. When a written offer makes sense, it comes from licensed North Carolina real estate agents with Realty One Group Revolution, who work with OfferPalm. Listing and brokerage services, where provided, are performed by Realty One Group Revolution, a licensed North Carolina real estate firm, through its affiliated agents.

A written offer is good for 14 days. If anything has to change, we tell you why in writing before you are committed, and you are free to walk away at no cost.

Our offer is below what you would likely get listing on the open market. What you get instead is no agent commission, no repairs, no showings, and a closing date you choose. If that trade is not worth it for you, listing is the better move and we will tell you so.
