Real, attributable, and voluntarily given. You can check them on Google in under a minute. We do not edit reviews for meaning, only for length, and we never use a star rating as the argument. If a review was given in exchange for anything, we say so next to it.

How these reviews are collected
We ask three questions after a file closes: what was going on with the property when we first talked, what you thought was going to happen versus what actually happened, and what you would tell somebody in the same spot. We request reviews on closed-lost files too, not only closed-won, because the person who did not sell to us is the one whose opinion matters most on this site.
